The Chinese calligraphy has a long history and has been part of the Chinese culture for many generations. It is seen as an art form where it is not only considered as decorative art, but viewed as a supreme visual art form. Each artist has their own techniques and styles; the brush strokes and ink flow are believed to be an expression of the artist’s inner psychology. Due to migrations, these Chinese traditions and cultures has also been a part of and embedded in the Thai culture for various generations as well. The sleek, straight lines, of modern designs were incorporated with the ancient art form in order to create pieces that are aesthetically pleasing for the modern market.
